HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Step 1 – Complete the returns form inside your parcel, including the reason for return.
- Step 2 – Cover the delivery address and barcode using the peel off label provided.
- Step 3 – Drop off your parcel at the post office or arrange for a courier collection from your home or work address.
Note: we cannot accept returns of hygiene products.
Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day. You will need your account and email details to complete your order. You can place the item(s) you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and either continue shopping or buy those items immediately. We will send you a confirmation email once your package has left our warehouse and a tracking number.
Momentarily we have a delivery time of about 5-8 working days for in stock items. Once your package has been shipped you cannot change the delivery address.
If your package arrives but you’re missing an item, please send us an email with a receipt from your order and tell us what’s missing. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to solve the issue.
It’s possible you’ve received a wrong item, if this happens contact us via email and we’ll solve this issue as soon as possible.
